Please try the shoes on carpeted surfaces only. Once shoes are worn outdoors or on concrete and the bottom sole is scraped, the item is not returnable.
You may return any product for any reason within 7 days of the original purchase date to receive a full merchandise refund. Merchandise must be returned unworn, in the original packaging, with the original shipping invoice.
Complete the Return Form below to initiate your return request. A Return & Exchange form is also included with the order invoice when it is shipped. If you choose to use that form, make sure you include the invoice and the return form with the item being returned.
