Return Policy

We want you to love every pair. If something isn't right, here's exactly how we make it right.

Please try the shoes on carpeted surfaces only. Once shoes are worn outdoors or on concrete and the bottom sole is scraped, the item is not returnable.

You may return any product for any reason within 7 days of the original purchase date to receive a full merchandise refund. Merchandise must be returned unworn, in the original packaging, with the original shipping invoice.

Complete the Return Form below to initiate your return request. A Return & Exchange form is also included with the order invoice when it is shipped. If you choose to use that form, make sure you include the invoice and the return form with the item being returned.

To return your purchase, click here and complete the form accurately. This is the first and most important step — your return cannot be processed without it.

Make sure you fulfil all return conditions per our policy before proceeding.

Pack & Prepare Your Return

Your return shipment must be sent within 15 days of receipt of your order. Please read the following carefully before packing:

  • Returned shoes must be unused, unworn, and in resalable condition.
  • Return the shoes exactly as you received them — shoelaces in their original position (if applicable), supporting paper included (if applicable), shoes placed back in their protective bags or paper (if applicable).
  • All items must be included in the original shoe box.
  • A separate carton must be used for your return shipment. Do not use the shoe box itself as the shipping box. We recommend using our original carton for returning your order.

Ship & Track Your Return

The return form must be completed and included in your shipment. If the return form is not completed, your return may be refused.

  • Make sure someone is present to hand over the return package to Delhivery at the arranged date and time.
  • Trace your return shipment at www.delhivery.com using the tracking number mentioned on your return label.

How Your Refund Works

Once we receive your return shipment, here is exactly what happens next:

  • Upon receipt, 24 business hours are required for our warehouse to process your return.
  • During processing, we verify that all return conditions have been fulfilled.
  • Once all conditions are met to our satisfaction, we initiate your refund request in our system.
  • You will receive an email confirming that your return has been processed and a refund is ready.
  • A refund to your original payment method will be completed within 16 business hours of confirmation.
